Licenses alert

With a licenses alert you can monitor the availability of PADS4 licenses. If the system runs out of licenses, it will automatically raise an alert to notify you.

Currently, only PADS4 Desktop Viewer licenses can be monitored.

To add a licenses alert

1. Start the alert wizard to add a new alert as described in Managing alerts.

2. Select Licenses as the item to monitor and click Next to continue.

   

3. (Only applicable when you have a system with multiple PADS4 Servers)

   Select the Servers you want to be monitored and click Next to continue.

   

   NOTE

   The servers that you select here are the servers where the licenses will be monitored.

4. Finish the wizard to add the alert as described in Managing alerts.
